Der von Carolin Bock, Alexander Huber und Svenja Jarchow-Pongratz verfasste Artikel „Growth Factors of Research-based Spin-offs and the Role of Venture Capital Investing“ war bei der diesjährigen Interdisziplinären Jahreskonferenz Entrepreneurship, Innovation und Mittelstand („G-Forum“) für den Best Paper Award der Konferenz, den „Karl Schlecht Stiftung Entrepreneurship Research Award 2016“, nominiert.

Praktikumsstelle in einem Start-up: Marktanalyse und Entwicklung Marketing & Vertriebsstrategie ( Ausschreibung ) Die AOM-Systems GmbH, eine Ausgründung aus der TU Darmstadt, ist spezialist für laserbasierte optische Messtechnik. Aktuelle sucht die AOM-Systems GmbH einen motivierten Praktikanten, der nicht nur die Theorie sondern auch die Praxis sehen und von ihr lernen möchte. Die AOM-Systems GmbH hat das Zeitverschiebungs-Verfahren zur Marktreife geführt und vermarktet dieses System im internationalen Kontext. Die Klausur im SoSe 2016 zur Vorlesung Grundlagen des Entrepreneurship findet am Donnerstag, 15.09.2016 ab 13:00 Uhr im Raum S101/A03 statt.

The exam review for the courses Venture Valuation and Entrepreneurial Finance of the summer term 2016 will take place on October 18th, 2016 from 3 PM to 5 PM . Please register yourself via E-Mail (Huber(at)ent.tu-darmstadt.de) for the exam review until October 11th, 2016 – 3 PM . Please mention your full name, matriculation number and course of study. On October 11th, 2016 – 4 PM we will publish the exam review slots and the room for the respective matriculation numbers on our website. Important information concerning the exam review: We will not provide any model solution (Musterlösung) for the exam. Allowed auxiliaries are printed course materials as well as compulsory and additional literature mentioned in the course. Please do also bring your student card and ID or passport for identification. In case you cannot participate in the exam review personally, you may send an authorized representative (Bevollmächtigter). In order to assign authorization, the authorized representative needs a written and signed confirmation including a copy of your ID or passport that he or she is allowed to represent you in the exam review. In addition, the authorized representative also needs his or her ID or passport.

Frau Elisabeth Beller feiert am 1. August 2016 ihr 25-jähriges Dienstjubiläum. Das Fachgebiet Gründungsmanagement um Fr. Prof. Carolin Bock und Alexander Huber wünschen Fr. Beller hierzu alles erdenklich Gute. Wir freuen uns sehr auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit!
