What a pleasure to start the new year: The paper of Konstantin Kurz, Prof. Dr. Carolin Bock, and Leonard Hanschur „Flip the tweet – the two-sided coin of entrepreneurial empathy and its ambiguous influence on new product development“ has been published in Journal of Business Venturing. In the publication, the authors give a more nuanced understanding of the effects of entrepreneurial empathy on the development of new products and show that there is also a 'dark side' of empathy.
