Lehrinhalte:
Die Vorlesungsreihe „Entrepreneurial Perspectives – mit HIGHEST vernetzt in die Start-up Praxis“ führt in den Prozess zur Gründung eines Start-ups ein. Ziel der Veranstaltung ist die Sensibilisierung von Studierenden für gründungsrelevante Themen und unternehmerisches Denken. Dabei werden unterschiedliche Themen des vielschichtigen Gründungsprozesses erörtert und durch zahlreiche spannende Beispiele aus der Praxis untermauert. Es ist das Ziel, Inhalte zu vermitteln, die für einen erfolgreichen Gründungsprozess hilfreich sind und zum unternehmerischen Handeln befähigen.

Project in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management: Type of lecture:
On-site
In the 'Project in Entrepreneurship/Innovation Management' course, students work on an applied entrepreneurship project based on real-world challenges set by external partners. These partners provide practical input in the form of technologies, ideas or problem settings, which form the basis for developing entrepreneurial opportunities. The course's main objective is to transform an initial idea or technological input into a coherent and viable business model.

To this end, students work in teams, applying established entrepreneurship methods and tools such as Design Thinking, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and the Business Model Canvas. These methods are taught via a blended learning approach. Students are supported throughout with a comprehensive e-learning offering that provides theoretical foundations, training in methods and practical guidance on entrepreneurial methods and tools. These online elements are complemented by interactive workshops and feedback formats.

The course concludes with a final presentation, during which student teams present and discuss their developed business models to the course participants and challenge partners.
