Exploring Innovation Culture in Research Organizations: A Case Study Approach
Innovation culture is one of the biggest topics in research institutions today. However, innovation culture in research institutions has not yet been studied in the literature. Thus, there is not yet a unified understanding of the concept of innovation culture in the research context.
What are the key constructs that constitute innovation culture in research institutions and how can culture be measured are exemplary questions that need to be answered.
The topic is now to be investigated in the context of a master's thesis. For this purpose, the innovation culture of the GSI Helmholtz Center will be analyzed in a case study and the questions answered.
